A diplomatic assembly currently representing Mercury, Earth, Luna, Mars, Ganymede, Titan, and Triton. These seven bodies represent the permanently populated sections of the Sol system. All members are politically autonomous.
The United Planets is charged with administering interplanetary affairs, such as Spaceguard and Solar Survey.
