They sit there waiting for some time.  Then a disembodied but
bellowing voice says, “BILL CLINTON. EXIT THROUGH
THE DOOR AND GO THROUGH THE FOURTH
DOOR TO THE LEFT.”

Bill does as he’s told.  He enters the room and then suddenly
realizes that he’s sharing it with a rabid gorilla who is about to
attack him.  He hears the same voice,  “BILL CLINTON, THIS
IS YOUR PUNISHMENT FOR ALL OF ETERNITY.”

Meanwhile, Bush and Trump are still in the waiting room, when
they hear the voice, “GEORGE BUSH, EXIT THROUGH THE
DOOR AND GO THROUGH THE SIXTH
DOOR TO THE RIGHT.”

George does so, and as the door clicks shut behind him, he
realizes he’s in a room full of poisonous vipers, all about to
bite him.  He hears the voice, “GEORGE BUSH, THIS IS
YOUR PUNISHMENT FOR ALL OF ETERNITY.”

Donald Trump is still in the waiting room, quite angry because he
wasn’t first.  But eventually he hears that voice, “DONALD TRUMP,
EXIT THROUGH THE DOOR AND GO THROUGH THE FIRST
DOOR TO THE RIGHT.”  He does so and he hears the click of the
lock behind him.  But, wait, behold, there is a woman in the room!
It’s Ann Coulter!  The voice says,  “ANN COULTER, THIS IS
YOUR PUNISHMMENT FOR ALL ETERNITY!”
